Each developer has an expertise map that charts out their progress. You can reassess their skills as they grow.

Jira integration adds a short dev training: 15 minutes of theory and 10 minutes of interactive coding. Afterwards, code implementation and task commit.
We offer Jira integration that assigns training units as regular tasks. Your devs see these training sessions as part of their everyday work. Managers see devs progress alongside other assignments.
Since all relevant data is already provided within Jira, devs can learn, practice, and test themselves on the spot. No need to Google for answers.
